ABOUT US

We seek to make crafts an economically viable activity for the millions of people who dedicate themselves to it.

  • We are a project of fair-collaborative relationships, seeking shared growth and creating commercial alliances between artisan workshops and different industries.

  • Crafts become a source of decent, safe, inclusive, and sustainable work that presents opportunities for economic growth and personal and collective development for Mexican artisans.

METHOD OF ALLIANCES

We work with a shared growth model with independent business units headed by artisan leaders.

Leaders are people with a community commitment, with ambition for growth, who know how to work as a team and know the responsibilities that entails. Each leader works a different artisanal technique that is part of our cultural heritage.

We seek to build long-term relationships, accompany growth with tools seeking to professionalize work units, making the chain transparent, taking care of work spaces and creating agreements that allow us to advance towards the same objective.

We currently work in:

  • 9 states: Guanajuato, Jalisco, Michoacán, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Chiapas, Yucatán, Puebla y Nayarit.
  • We colaborate on more than  35 ARTISANAL TECHNIQUES
  • 60% income goes directly to artisanal workshops.

SEEKING TO ENHANCE MEXICAN ARTISAN SITUATION

More than 7.5 million traditional artisans live in Mexico. Although the economy of the artisan market has grown continuously over the last 10 years, this is reflected very little in the income of the people who carry out this activity: 70% of artisans in Mexico live in poverty. Therein lies the urgency of generating alliances between leading artisans and committed organizations and clients.
