Treatment
Not recommended for outdoor use. Tule is a natural fiber in its natural color, so variations in tone may occur. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth to remove dust, avoiding excessive moisture. In humid environments, applying a protective lacquer coating is recommended. As these pieces are made from natural fibers, they may be flammable if exposed to fire.

- Products are not kept in stock; the estimated delivery time is a minimum of approximately 30 days.
- The delivery date will be re-confirmed once the order is placed.

- Any damage caused by the shipping carrier is the client’s responsibility to resolve directly with the carrier.

- Once received, we will confirm the delivery date and the start of production by email. Once the pieces are finished, evidence will be sent and the remaining 50% balance is required in order to ship or deliver the order.
