Treatment
- We recommend washing with soap and water, then wiping the piece with a cloth lightly dampened with cooking oil and allowing it to absorb. The following day, wipe away any excess with a paper towel to help maintain the piece’s natural shine.
Sales Policy
- Products are not kept in stock; production and delivery time is approximately 30 days minimum.
- The delivery date will be reconfirmed once the order has been placed.
- Prices do not include VAT.
- Prices do not include shipping costs.
- Product customization is not included.
- Please send a 50% deposit to confirm your order. A copy of the payment receipt should be sent to administracion@tekiti.mx.
- Any loss or damage caused during shipping must be handled directly by the customer with the shipping carrier.

- Once payment is received, we will confirm the delivery date and begin production. Upon completion, we will send proof of the finished pieces and request the remaining 50% balance before shipping or delivery.
