Palm is a natural and flexible material, without a rigid metal structure, featuring natural tones that range from greenish to yellow. It should not get wet or be placed outdoors, as it can absorb moisture. Clean only with a dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust or dirt. Do not expose to fire.
Sales Policy
- Products are not kept in stock; the estimated delivery time is a minimum of approximately 30 days.
- The delivery date will be re-confirmed once the order is placed.
- The price does not include VAT.
- The price does not include shipping.
- Product customization is not included.
- Please send a 50% deposit to confirm the order. Send a copy of the deposit voucher to: administracion@tekiti.mx
- Any damage caused by the shipping carrier is the client’s responsibility to resolve directly with the carrier.
- For orders with a larger number of pieces, please contact us at hola@tekiti.mx
- Once received, we will confirm the delivery date and the start of production by email. Once the pieces are finished, evidence will be sent and the remaining 50% balance is required in order to ship or deliver the order.
