Each piece is made 100% by hand and each artisan molds and decorates the pieces one by one. In addition to the typical Talavera technique, they have been able to specialize in different finishes and use of materials. Sergio has his workshop in Dolores Hidalgo, where he works together with other artisans making pieces with spectacular detail.
The paste is industrial, unlike clay pottery, but the entire process is done by hand. Casting molds and gas ovens are used. When decorating, the artisans paint with colors that completely change when they enter the oven, as if it were magic.

LIMITATION
- Not all designs can be made by hand since each stroke is made by brush strokes. As long as the design is in patterns that obey the shapes of the brush, making personalized designs is easier.
TREATMENT
- It cannot be used in the microwave or on the stove
